Over the last five years, he has searched for (and found) new species of Hectia and Tillandsia. Currently he is pursuing genetic studies of the genus Hectia. Since 2012, he has been the CEO of Eagle Eye Adventures, in which he leads small groups of people on botanical and cultural adventures in Mexico, specializing in searching for bromeliads, orchids, cacti, and any other interesting plants in their natural habitat. In the movie, leading experts will forecast how mankind will be impacted if global warming continues, and explore ways how humanity could adapt, such as building floating cities.
